Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any official branch of government, with authority to speak on the matter, from a G7 nation or permanent UN security council member, publicly confirms that extraterrestrial life or technology exists by January 1st 2026 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."

Unofficial non-public statements/commentary, or leaks from government sources are insufficient for resolving this market to "Yes."
