This market will resolve to “Yes” if Presidential term limits are no longer legally in effect in the United States before November 5, 2028, 00:00 PST, such that a person who has already served two terms as President is legally permitted to seek or hold the office again. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” Removal of Presidential term limits may occur through any mechanism, including but not limited to: • A constitutional amendment repealing or superseding the 22nd Amendment, • A binding ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court, • Or any other official legal action or process that renders Presidential term limits unenforceable nationwide. Non-binding actions — including executive orders, public statements, congressional resolutions, proposed amendments, or unresolved legal challenges — do not qualify unless they result in Presidential term limits no longer being legally in force as defined above. If Presidential term limits remain legally enforceable as of the resolution deadline, this market will resolve to “No.”
