All resolutions and disputes will be decided according to the on-chain English version of the rules.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Polymarket raises funding at a higher valuation than Kalshi’s latest reported valuation from its most recent funding round, on January 1st, 2028 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise this market will resolve to “No.”

The valuation must be tied to Polymarket Equity, and cannot be tied to a liquid token unless that token represents a claim on Polymarket equity.

If either company is publicly tradable by the time this market is set to resolve, the publicly traded valuation on the last trading session before January 1st 2028, will have precedence over the latest private funding round for the respective public company.

If both companies are publicly tradable by the resolution date of this market, the public market value of each company will be used to determine the valuation of the respective companies.
