Rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the target Blob count per block produced on Ethereum is equal to, or more than, 16 units at any point before January 1st, 2026 - 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

For the purpose of this market, a "Blob" is defined as a fixed-size chunk of ephemeral data that is referenced by a KZG commitment in a block.
