This market will resolve to “Yes” if any one of the following countries — the United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia — bans X at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 – 00:00 PST.
Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”
For the purposes of this market:
A “ban” is defined as a nationwide legal or regulatory action that prohibits or severely restricts the operation, distribution, or public access to X, whether through legislation, executive action, judicial order, or binding regulatory directive.
Temporary or emergency measures qualify under a “ban,” even if later lifted or modified.
Significant restrictions on use, including but not limited to a nationwide prohibition on new account creation or measures that materially prevent the general public from accessing or using X, qualify as a ban.
Actions limited to fines, labeling requirements, content moderation mandates, or incident-specific enforcement do not qualify unless they rise to the level of a qualifying ban as defined above.
