This market will resolve to "Yes" if, Polymarket launches a chain, rollup, L2, or other form of independent infrastructure intended to house some or all of the application's activity, in place of its current execution environment, before January 1st, 2026 - 00:00 PST. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No."
