Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the CryptoPunks NFT collection has a floor price of 8 ETH or lower (for at least 24 hours) at any time after the creation of this market and before January 1, 2027 – 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

• “Floor price” is defined as the lowest publicly listed asking price for any CryptoPunk denominated in ETH on a reputable marketplace.

• Only listings from widely used, publicly accessible NFT marketplaces are eligible.

• Temporary, clearly erroneous, or manipulated listings do not qualify.

• The floor price must remain at or below 8 ETH for an aggregate duration of 24hours to qualify as “Yes.”
