This market will resolve to " Boom" if, exactly 14 trading days after SpaceX’s official IPO on a recognized U.S. stock exchange, its reported market capitalization is greater than its IPO valuation.
Otherwise, the market will resolve to "Bust"
For the purposes of this market, the "IPO date" is defined as the first trading day on which SpaceX shares are officially listed and traded on a recognized U.S. stock exchange (e.g., NASDAQ or NYSE), as confirmed by official exchange announcements.
The resolution timestamp will be at 12:00 PM ET, on the 14th trading/business day after the initial listing date (weekends and holidays are not counted for the purpose of this market).
The "IPO Valuation" is defined as the product of the total number of outstanding shares, and the share price during its initial public offering, as documented in the company’s SEC filings.
"Market capitalization" is defined as the product of the total number of outstanding shares and the share price reported by a reputable financial data provider.
If SpaceX does not have an IPO before January 1st, 2027, this market will resolve to “Cancel/ Draw.”
