This market will resolve to “Yes” if any U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent involved in the Minneapolis shooting of Renee Nicole Good receives punishment in connection to the shooting incident before January 1, 2027 – 00:00 PST.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

For the purposes of this market:

“Punishment” is defined as any one or more of the following actions taken as a result of the shooting:

- Suspension (paid or unpaid)

- Demotion

- Formal administrative discipline

- Criminal charges

- Civil rights charges or administrative charges filed by a government authority

Placement on administrative leave pending investigation does not qualify unless it results in formal disciplinary action related to the shooting.

Lawsuits, public criticism, protests, or political statements do not qualify unless an official punitive action tied to the shooting is taken.
